The T3 Free Motion Rental and Tour station offers more than the known high quality standard of other Free Motion stations. Located in the Tenerife Top Training T3 , Free Motion customers can rent bikes and book tours, but they can also book an even more intense preparation of the coming season. Cyclists have the option to book core body training. An all year part of any pro cyclist´s training, because increased body stability helps to avoid injuries.
For Triathletes the T3 has a 50 m olympic pool (FINA-standards) to do some additional laps after the Free Motion ride.
