Approaching Trevelez from Orgiva is approx 34kms but not a hard climb. The average gradients is just 3% and there are a lot of sections on the way up to recover. Halfway up the climb you will ride through the picturesque village of Pampaniera. Trevelez, resting at 1,486 metres above sea level and is one of the highest villages in Spain and due to its high altitude it can get very cold up there.
